I got excited when I saw this pop up on the latest posts because I've been looking forward to the second issue but sadly, it was just another version of the first issue. While I really like these scanlations / translations because they are usually so richly illustrated, the speed of their publication is excruciatingly s l o w...

Good news: I checked the Delcourt website and, sure enough, there IS a second issue!
Bad news: who knows how long it will be before we see an English version.
