Sorry to bitch again on the subject, but today I downloaded 2 file (less than 170 megs each) and then I got the "you exceeded your free daily download limit". 340 megabyte is the limit? Seriously?
Please Rio, fix this thing or rethink this whole DF idea. It can't go on like this (I know for a fact I can't and will be forced to look for another site :( )

Hi bookgn guys. First off, thanks for all the great work up to this point, It's been great getting the comics I've wanted. One of my fav' sites. However.. This new DataFile seems more for those who pay only. For us less rich folk, who get by as a free user, it is terrible. 2 days in a row I've not been able to download from it, getting message saying i've reached my max upload limit even though i've not actually downloaded 'anything' from DataFile..
I'm so glad you've got 'some' comics on those sendspace links, if only for 4 weeks..
Please reconsider using DataFile, as I cannot get anything from it & would prefer not to have to use an alternate comic site. Thanks!

Datafile is the most sophisticated system we ever met. We have no plans to change hosting. Anyway we have sent many suggestions to them including download limits.

Datafile is going to add local reseller(pay pal ) purchase option soon.

For free users, Datafile is as slow as filepost (capped at 50kb/s) but with two major problems:
1. you can download only one file at a time (and this is annoying)
2. you have a download limit per day. And this is REALLY BAD, because the limit is extremely low, I think around 500 megs per day.

Please, please reconsider your choice. DF is really bad for all free users :/

Issue 4 link is broken. The rest are fine (didn't try the second 3.3 issue). Please help!

I would like to recommend longfiles, it's fast and there's only a small waitperiod between downloads (just a couple of minutes).

I also just wanted to say Thanks to any and all that keep this site alive and kicking. I can only imagine the time thats involved and truly appreciate it.

Filedais.com, Kingfiles.net, and Cloudzilla.to are all very user friendly with no limited speed for non-premium members. One of the reasons I rarely download from this site is because of the limited speed on non-premium from Filepost.

Hopefully you'll take these into consideration.
