Why is "Volume 8" missing from the "Minutemen-Bluntman" digital releases? It just jumps from volume 7 to 9.

Anybody know how to figure out the date or week each issue was released?!? Other than the copyright year there is no date on the cover or inside pages to tell what week! The website address that is listed in the masthead [www.marvel-factfiles.com] get redirected to a different website [eaglemoss.com] that doesn't have any information about the fact files.
