I still haven't heard anything from filedd yet. Their "contact us" form seems to be broken, so I can't contact them directly. Any help you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE 6/28/2021: Just received an email from filedd. Apparently centercoast has changed their procedures for processing payments.

Something weird happened when my auto renewal came up; filedd took the money for auto renewal but then returned it. So I had to go back to centercoast to renew the premium and as you mentioned above, those transactions have to be processed manually. Is this something that is done at filedd's end, or does it need to be requested for processing?

Romero, is writing a couple of series for Heavy Metal, one of which is a "continuation" of the WWII segment of the Heavy Metal movie, about the living dead soldiers created by whatever the glowing green ball was called, which is called "Cold Dead War". I can't renew my filedd subscription. My payment card has changed its information, and I've tried to renew it through both filedd and centercoast, yet neither one has worked. Trying to do it through filedd, it asks for my phone number but won't accept my actual number because I don't live in a country that uses Euros. Trying to do it through centercoast directly, it constantly refuses my information. (I refuse to use bitcoin.)

EDIT: It looks like centercoast did take my money, but the transaction hasn't completed posting yet.

EDIT 2: Looks like they've renewed my premium subscription.
