I'm just wondering why I can't download from filedd... I tried many times, but I always get "403 forbidden." What does it mean? 1A. We are sorry we have tried downloading from filedd several times everyday, but can not duplicate "403 error". "403 forbidden" means you are blocked by the firewall on their server. It usually happens when you visit the site too many times in a short time (e.g. you are using some download accelerator tools), or when the site is under DDos attack, the firewall will close all visits. Usually it will last for only couple minutes. BTW, When you report "403 forbidden." to us, some more details are appreciated: 1. the time you get this message: visiting the site webpage, after download countdown, or begin to download. 2. your Filedd user type: free, register or premium member. 3. your network: mobile, behind router, VPN, connecting directly to internet provider, dynamic IP. [Updated July 9, 2020] Recently we received three reports about 403 forbidden errors. We have contacted filedd to confirm that their IPs are not blocked. Please send more feedback to us. Our filedd premium subscriptions are extended with 7 days, 4 already added, 3 will be done next week. Subscriptions expired in downtime (March 25 ~ March 29) will be compensated as well. Please contact filedd with your username and expired date. Next, we are going to setup mirror site again, and upgrade something. [Updated January 22, 2020] We plan to remove tags under weekly release folder forward from July 2017. And will keep less than 100 items there. The update for posts between June and July, 2017 will be postponed for a while. We scaned files by two mainstream antivirus softwares. All files are virus free. We don't recommend Windows Edge or Smartscreen. Check our FAQ instruction to turn it off. If you receive virus alarms from other browser or antivirus software, please provide us the file name, virus name and software name. The previous cc provider of Filedd has some issues with visa. So some subscriptions' renewals might be failed. We are not informed yet when they can fix this problem. You don't need to register bookgn.com account now, for we have begun to use filedd.com service. 2. Please register on filedd.com, and send us your filedd account with your filejoker account/email through contact form. We will bind them together. 3. After we transfer your info to filedd, they will send your comfirmation email. 4. After you receive comfirmation email, please send them an upgrade request whenever you like through contact form. At this moment filedd.com will upgrade your filedd account manually on request. 5. Because filejoker did't count/provide all accounts to us (which means not all filejoker premium accounts can be verified), we have to decide the compensation periold for unverifiable accounts by our own discretion. Unverifiable accounts submitted after January 15 won't get any compensation. 6. After filedd upgrade premium key system, they will send a premium key to your email automatically, if you have not got the compensation yet.
